Whether you're on date night or out with your best friends, Valentine's Day is the day to feel special and remind everyone how much you love them! And because the day is just a few weeks away, I decided to show you guys this look that I wore a little while ago when I went to a sushi date with one of my best friends! I loved how it looked so why not share it with you, babes?

If there's one word to describe this makeup look for you guys is... sparkles. You've got pink, glittery eyes, dark lips and blushing cheeks! If that's not a perfect love-day look, then I don't know what is!

We'll start off how I always do which is with the Clinique Turnaround Daytime Revitalizing Moisturizer and then followed by the Sephora Bright Future Gel Serum Concealer, dabbing it under my eyes and any troubling areas. After that, I go over to my MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft & Gentle and brush it over the start of my cheekbones and I also go over it a bit with the lightest shade, Clear Radiance from the BareMinerals The Royal Court Face Color Trio and also add some to my chin and down my nose. Then I grab my Clinique Chubby Stick Cheek Colour Balm in 02 Robust Rhubarb and dab it over the apple of my cheeks (how do you know where those are, exactly? the trick is smilling; then, you'll see where in the cheeks to put them. Did that make sense? lol) and then blend it in with a brush.

Now for the eyes, I use the Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint for Eyes in 07 Pink & Plenty as a base, covering my whole eyelid, including the crease. Then, for the main show which is the MAC Mineralize Eye Shadow Quad in Pink Sensibilities, using the lighter colors for the crease, the lid  and the inner corners. The darker colors of the quad I use for the outer v and the lower lashline, mixing it and blending it in with very little of the Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner in 201 Black. As for the lashes, I went with the Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Color Lash Enhancing Mascara in Black. Like always I use the Maybelline Master Shape by EyeStudio in Deep Brown for my eyebrows.

Last but definitely not least, I use my MAC Lipstick in Studded Kiss which has a nice matte finish without being too drying. It's the perfect color to make this look a bit more sexy!

  8. This is a gorgeous look! I love MAC Soft & Gentle, I initially found it too glittery for my liking, but now I'm more used to using highlighter it's definitely a firm favourite! I wish I weren't allergic to one of the ingredients in the Chubby Sticks, the whole range looks amazing & super convenient to use. Xx
