Hey guys! Here's a quick little blogspot for y'all today! College has started for me and I've been trying to get back to that and trying to juggle posting on here more often!

Anyways, last time I went to the drugstore I noticed some new Wet n' Wild products!! YAY! I really love this brand, guys (definitely not a spon -- but i wish!). It's affordable AND cruelty-free? Yes please~

Let's get started, then!

Megaglo Makeup Stick Blush in Floral Majority ($3.99) // Wet n' Wild came out with a bunch of stick formula products, I only picked up a highlighter and a blush but there's also a countour and a concealer. I really really loved this blush, I absolutely adore the color. It's a kind of a dark-ish pink and it looks so pretty in your cheeks! Although I have to say when you put it on it's a bit patchy but I don't mind that too much so it's fine!

Megaglo Makeup Stick Highlighter in When The Nude Strikes ($3.99) // Unlike the blush, the highlighter wasn't that good. There's too much of glitter in it for my liking, although I think it might work for the inner eye highlight. From the swatch, it looks very pretty but on the face... meh. If you love glitter though... you'll fucking love this!

Mega Cushion Contour in Café Au Slay! ($5.99) // Inspired by the k-beauty movement, Wet n' Wild came out with various cushion products! My drugstore only had the contour so that's what I'm going to talk about~ I really really loved this! I love the color and I love how it blends and how it looks. It's really good and it's the only one I use now. You should DEFINITELY check it out for yourself!

Mega Cushion Matte Lip Cream in Doll So Hard ($4.99) // Another Mega Cushion product that I completely forgot about and didn't even put in the photos because I literally forgot! Oops~ But that should tell you something about how I feel about this lip cream. lol! I really don't like it. It applies very well and the color is very pretty but it dries down soooo matte that it leaves your lips super dry! Like I've tried a bit of matte liquid lipsticks so I know that they're meant to be dry but this one is... I couldn't handle it. So, not a fan of this one!

 Hey, guys~ Happy new year to everyone! Hope you had a great one! Here's a new post for you all, a list of some of my favorite items from last year. Obviously, these aren't all of them because a lot happened in 2016 and I got some awesome items throughout the year that just won't fit in a blog post. So, let's get started!

First off on the list is a fashion item and that's this planet chocker from h&m! To establish my space hoe persona, of course! haha! But seriously, I fell soooo hard for chockers last year and I'll continue to be for 2017 as well. I have so many now but this planet one was the first so yay!

Last year was the one where I discovered how important skincare was and one of the first items I bought that wasn't like a cleanser or moustirizer was this YesTo Cucumbers Soothing EyeGel. I've been having hardcore skin issues and dryness around my eyes and putting this one before going to sleep definitely improved it! It was on sale when I got it AND it's paraben-free and cruelty free. You guys should check it out!

The best thing to happen last year though, is when Lush openened up a store here in Puerto Rico and one of the very first things I bought was this conditioner. Lush's Veganese Conditioner is a lemon scented lightweight conditioner. I liked it better when I first got it and had shorter hair but it's definitely not for longer hair folks because that does not work then. But it's good for thin or short hair! And the scent is super amazing! This opened my eyes to Lush and all the wonders which is perfect.

I haven't told you guys yet but I've been trying really hard to be cruelty-free when it comes to makeup and skincare but... sadly, Mac is my weakness. I refuse to buy anything new but I can't force myself from throwing away all my Mac lipsticks! I just can't! I'm sorry! Out of my favorites though is this blue-toned red lipstick in super gorgeous packaging, it's the Charlotte Olympia Special Edition Lipstick in Starlett Scarlet. It's a really matte shade and little bit drying but I don't care too much about that considering how freaking gorgeous the packaging is! Sadly, the collection is all gone so there's no chance for you guys to get it unless you did when it was on stock! 

 I've used a lot of palettes this last year, including the Naked3 palette that I got for my birthday but this most recent one that is pictured above probably beats that out of the water. I love the Naked3, I do, but it's a bit too powder-y sometimes and can leave you with a lot of fallout. This baby though... is amazing. All of these four shades have a bit of glow to them so there's no matte shades but I don't mind too much using another outside shade for the crease. The Pacifica Enlighten Eye Brightening Eyeshadow Palette is perfect if you want easily blended and beautiful shadows. I bought this last summer in Ulta when I was visiting my friend in Indiana. It was my first time in Ulta and I picked this up because it was affordable and a natural, cruelty-free option plus it looked beautiful as heck! Also the little message on the top when it open the palette is the cutest thing and I smile every time I see it.

A quick little one is my iphone cover that I also bought in the summer when I went to the states, it's the SkinnyDip London iPhone Cover in Glitter Unicorns. I saw it and it just scremed at me to buy it, it's very me, I think. Very on brand with this blog too haha!
The last thing on my faves list is music. If you follow me on twitter or tumblr, you know that I'm pretty darn obsessed with kpop but sadly, I don't own any kpop albums to show you guys (maybe this year!! who knows!!). Between my favorite albums are: Troye Sivan's Blue Neighbourhood, Halsey's Badlands, Melanie Martinez's Crybaby, Little Mix's Weird People & Carly Rae Jepsen's Emotion Side B. The last one I down own on physical copy either but it's waaaay too good to not mention because I literally live for that album and her Emotion one. You should go listen to it right now if you haven't because it is truly iconic.

Hey, babes! This past weekend, I went to the mall with the sole intention to buy stuff from the Victoria's Secret/Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale. I was more excited to go into VS because B&BW always have sales and I have too many stuff from there anyway lol.

Onto the actual post then~ First off Victoria's Secret!

• My most exciting find is the PINK Ultimate Extreme Crop Leggings in Grey, which I got on sale for $29! I am super excited to wear them out, they're super comfortable and flatering. These are my first PINK/VS leggings and I am so here for them! I'm planning to wear them to the airport when I go traveling in July. 
• Keeping with the theme of PINK, the next item is the PINK Coconut Mango Body Mist which I got for $5! I couldn't find it on their official website, so the link is from Amazon and apparently people really do love this because there's only 2 left and it's sold for $20. So, I would recommend to try and find it in store if you can! The comment in Amazon says it's discontinued but I had no problem finding it in store. Anyway, I haven't worn this yet but I'm super excited to because it's smells amazing, subtle and not all overpowering. It's perfect for the summer, definitely! 
• The last thing from VS pictured above,  is the Victoria's Secret Aqua Kiss Splash Fragrance Mist which I got on sale for $4.50! It says that it's a new formula that you can blend and mix up for a custom scent. The fragrance notes are Rain-Kissed Freesia and Daisy. I definitely think that this blends nicelyinto the skin and they last a surprisingly long time for a mist. It smells super fresh and clean, it's a definite favorite. 
• The actual last thing that I got which isn't in the picture because I wasn't sure you guys would be interested in, is this Demi Bra which I got for $20. It was super hard to find one my size in the store, but a miracle happened and I found this one! AH! It's my first ever Victoria's Secret bra and I feel like my eyes have been opened to the wonders of how comfortable VS bras actually are. I've been told before that VS don't carry a lot of bigger sizes and that the employs shame you for it, but my experience was an entirely different one! If you are a bigger sized bra wearer and you're wary of going into your local Victoria's Secret store, just try it. You've got nothing to lose! 

Wow, went one a bit of a rant there! Anyway, here's what I got from Bath & Body Works:

•  First up is the Waikiki Beach Coconut White Sand Body Scrub which is on sale for $8.29! They say that the White Sand gently exfoliates while nourishing Coconut Oil & Vitamin E conditions your skin leaving it smooth. The top notes of the fragrance are Beach Coconut, Oahu Dragonfruit, Saltwater Breeze and Coral Berry. I absolutely love this! I think it's perfect to put on your legs right after a shave, leaving them delightfully smooth! The only other B&BW scrub I had was a Christmas scented one so this was the perfect opportunity to purchase a summer one!
• The last item is the Caribbean Escape Candle which I got for $10. This is another item I couldn't locate on the website, but found on Amazon. I think this is an old fragrance that they brought back for a limited time with new packaging which would explain why mine looks diferent. Like I said for the PINK body mist, try to find this in local store if you have one close by because I didn't have a problem locating it there. Anyway, the scent is described as a blend of tropical melon and tart raspberry nectar mellowed by creamy coconut milk. It smells so amazingly divine, it has the right amount of strenght as well like you could smell it in a big room but it doesn't give you a headache if you light it in a smaller one. It's just perfect. I would highly recommend it if you like fresh, fruity, summer-y smells.

Hey, babes! This post is more than a little late considering we're already in June but I wanted to test out these products before talking about them so I could give you guys a little review. I was super excited to receive my Ipsy bag last month! I mean, look at the stuff that I got! I don't know if it's the best one I've gotten so far because April's had three of the best products and the ones I've used the most often, which you can read here if you've forgotten. But for May, 4 of the 5 products I've used, loved and will use again, so... I don't know? When I try the nail polish, I'll decide if this is the best Ipsy so far but whatever, that's not the point! lol!

May's theme is Travel, it's called "Destination Chic" which is super cute, and the bag potrays this very well! It's in envelop form and it's super lovely! It has to be my favorite bag so far! I'm planning on using it for travelling to put my brushes in. What's been your favorite bag so far?~
On to the products, then:

• Glamour Dolls Gloss Snob in Twirl - Full size! $1.99 - I usually don't like it when I get lipglosses in ipsy bags so I wasn't very excited to try this, especially because of the packaging. I prefer tubes for lipglosses, but I actually didn't mind it after trying it. It wasn't too thick or sticky, although I didn't use very much of it so that might change if I do. I love the color though! It's also sold out in the website which might mean people love it!
• Hikari Cosmetics Shimmer Bronzer in Radiate - Not sure if full sized! $17.99 - I absolutely love this! I love that I got the bronzer when I needed it! It was great timing because I was just about to buy a bronzer. And I love the color of this, I kind of just just take a brush and whirl it around all the colors. It creates this really pretty bronze color with just the right amount of glow to it, but doesn't leave behind thick glitter. What I definitely don't like about this product is the smell. It has such a strong, chemical scent that I honestly can't handle. Once it's on your face, you can't smell it but as soon as you open the product, it's everywhere. It's not bad enough for me to stop using it but it's... something. 
• IT Cosmetics No-Tug Waterproof Mini Gel Eyeliner in Black - Mini sized! Full size is $22.00 - I wasn't very happy when I saw this because... I have enough eyeliners from ipsy especially black ones. But I was happy that it was It Cosmetics! I was super impressed by this! When it says it's waterproof and no-tug, it's no joke. It definitely means it! When this thing dries, it fucking dries, let me tell you! But I really do love this~ I'm glad I got it. 
• Aurora Gel Effect Nail Polish in Safety Orange - Full sized! $12.99 (on sale for $8.99) - I haven't tried this yet but I'm very excited for it! I feel like this would be amazing for toe nails for the beach or the pool! I especially love the color, it's perfect for summer! I don't really have anything else to say lol~
• Smashbox Cosmetics X-Rated Mascara - Mini sized! Full size is $22.00 - I was super excited to get this!! Not only was this the first mascara I've received in Ipsy, and I was very happy that it's Smashbox. I've heard a lot of great things about it and I was very excited to try this out for myself! I definitely love it, it creates a beautiful full effect. There's more length than volume though, definitely. I'm totally going to continue to use this!

Hey, babes! Finals week is here and guess who's not excited for it? Me! Yay! But the best thing about finals is that the semester is ending! Now that I'm super excited for! Woo~ What are you guys' plans for the summer?

Anyway, on to the post, today I'll be showing you guys the BH Cosmetics Sculpt and Blend Brush Set and my review on it. I bought this set on TJ Maxx. which is great for buying makeup on sale! And it retails for $32, I bought it for $20 something and it's on sale on their website for $16.

The set includes 5 larger brushes for larger areas of the face and 5 smaller brushes for smaller areas of the face and the eyes. These ten brushes are cruelty free and made from synthetic duo fibers. The specific brushes that are included are:

• 123 - Flat Top Buffing Brush
• 124 - Tapered Face Blending Brush
• 125 - Tapered Contour Brush
• 126 - Precision Blush Brush
• 127 - Angled Face Shader Brush
• 128 - Small Deluxe Blending Brush
• 129 - Small Round Blending Brush
• 130 - Large Shader Brush
• 131 - Nose Contour Brush
• 132 - Precision Detailer Brush

I was very excited to try this set! The bristles are super soft to the touch and picks up a lot of product. I adore how gorgeous these brushes look! So aesthetic! *heart eyes emoji* ~ They feel as strong and sturdy as they look. They are very expensive-looking and feeling which surprised me for the price. They look flawless on display on your vanity and I love the white bristles in contrast with the brown. Gorgeous!! I don't think I can say it enough! They work beautifully as well which is perfect! The best thing about this set is that it has all that you could possibly need, the only one that's missing that I wanted is a fanned highlighter brush. I would prefer that instead of the nose contour brush which I will probably never use.

The one negative thing I have to say about it is that when I first got it out of the box, they have a really strong chemical-y smell. But after washing them, the smell thankfully disappeared.

This made me fall in love with BH Cosmetics brushes and now these ones and these ones are on my wishlist~

Hey, guys! Long time no see, I know. I wish I had a perfectly good excuse for not writing in a while but the reality is that the semester is ending and I need sleep. Plus, taking pictures requires getting up from bed and I'm just not up for that. Although, you guys would be happy to know that I took a bunch of them today for the next couple of posts so I don't have any excuse anymore! lol!

Anyway, on with the post. A couple of days ago I received April's ipsy bag and I'm super excited to show you guys what I got! Don't forget to tell me in the comments below what you got~ Let's get started then!

This month's theme is dreamers and the bag is not really my favorite, it shows a keladaiscope-type design on the front with blue and orange colors. Meh. I prefer the last two bags to be honest.
I have to say this month's bag got me a bit divided so I'm going to talk about the three items I was most excited for and the other two I was just a bit 'meh' about.

The first time is this gorgeous full sized Dreamcatcher Tapered Highlighter Brush 522 by Luxie Beauty. This thing is an absolute beauty!! Not only does it look gorgeous but it's also super soft! I really want to try some more Luxie Beauty products! This flawless brush retails for $24, although they don't have the lilac version in their website, instead they have a rose gold one (which is also gorgeos btw).

The second item is one that Ipsy sent out as a spoilers earlier in the month and when I heard about it, I was more than excited to be receiving it in a $10 subscription box! And that's the Tarte Cosmetic's LipSurgence Lip Creme in Wonder. It's a mini version of the full size product that retails for $26.50. Tarte is by far one of my favorite high-end brands and I always want to try some more of their stuff! This shade is a pink one which you can leave as sheer or build it up.

The last product I was super excited about is the original Moroccanoil Treatment for all hair types. I love receiving hair products in Ipsy because it's not something I buy a lot of and I prefer getting these small travel sizes to see what works and what doesn't. I have to say, this smells amazing. I love that you can use it for both dry and wet hair and I adore how it makes my hair feel. This is a delux sample of which the full sized product sales for $44.

The two products I was on the fence about are: the Probelle Nail Lacquer in "In or Out" and the Luxe Longwear Eye Pencil in Jet. The nail polish shade is just not for me, I have a lot of prettier colors in my collection and I just don't think I will reach for this one. As for the eyeliner... I've been getting a lot of black eyeliners in ipsy. Like a lot... and it's not something I use every day. I'll definitely use it but I would prefer a different color. I really have so many black eyeliners that I don't need anymore.

 Hey, guys! Welcome to this month's Ipsy bag, it took quite a while to get here so I'm was super excited to show you guys what I got! This month's theme is Spring which is my favorite makeup season ever~

First off the list is the Make Up Forever Step 1 Skin Equalizer-Hydrating Primer which I'm really curious to try out even though I don't use foundation, it'll be interesting to see how well highlighter, blush and concelear glide on. This is a sample size and the full size product retails for $37.

Next up is the Nudestix Lip + Cheek Pencil in Mystic which works as a three for one product, you can use it to line your lips, as a full color or blend it in as a blush. I tried this as a full lip color and found it a bit drying but love the shade! This is a delux sample and the full sized product sales for $24.

I'm a big fan of the eSalon Perfect Ending Leave-In Conditioner I received, it did an amazing job in detangling and smoothing out my split ends. I was pleasently surprised that I got a hair item and one that smells as good as this does as well! This a very very good sized sample, definitely a delux one, and the full product retails for $15.
The next item I got is the Illamasqua Precision Ink in Abyss which is a highly-pigmented, waterproof eyeliner. I haven't tried this yet but I'm super excited to! I don't own too many liquid eyeliners and the ones I do don't last very long. Hopefully, this one does! The sample size is great one to try out the product and the full size one retails for $30.

Last but definitely not least, it's a brush! As you all know you can never have too many brushes, so this is a nice item to add to my collection. It's the Me Me Me Loose Powder Brush and it's super super soft and I'm very excited to try it out, it seems to be a perfect fit to set the undereye area. It's delux sample, not too small which is definitely something you worry about with sample brushes, perfect for travelling and the full sized brush retails for $20.

It feels like this post has been long overdo! This has been sitting in my drafts for a very long time now just waiting to be written, but truthfully, my inspiration hasn't been in my side lately. WELL! Worry not, it's here! I've been trying to make a habit of testing out products for you guys (totally inspired by Tati who does this for a living and does so always so flawlessly!), on the drugstore side to see if I'd recommend it to you guys or not. That's my main goal for me as blogger. To find something that is really inexpensive but really really good. Because sometimes it can feel like you're searching for a needle in a haysack, you know? Which is precisely where this post comes in!

I know, and I'm sure you've also heard, of Born Pretty Store; a whole-sale sort of online shop for 'girly' cute acessories, fashion and beauty. Because it's a wholesale site, the prices are really low and it ships free internationally. Right away, you think... this is too good to be true. That's exactly what I thought anyway, so when they reached out to me to test out some products I decided it would be a great opportunity to show you guys if they're worth it or not. Specifically, I'll be reviewing these two items from the Born Pretty Makeup Shop: this palette & Shimmer Stick.
First off, the package took SO long to arrive. I know it comes from Signapore or Hong Kong and I didn't pay for any of this so I wasn't expecting it to arrive in like three weeks or anything, but it was insane! It came to the point that I literally thought it got lost in the mail. When it finally arrived, the shimmer stick was messy like there was some black... stuff?... in it and the middle brown shade in the palette looked like someone put their finger in softly... like there was a fingerprint. But other than that, it was fine. I wasn't too bothered by this but  just thought I should let you guys know.

• Review: Surprisingly, I really liked it. It's exactly what it says it does, it shimmers. Don't expect a glow but it's not a chunky glitter either. This is a perfect medium ground. It blends nicely and doesn't dry down to the point where you'll see your dry patches. It's nice... very very nice! It's very subtle and for $3 this was a very good surprise!

• Shades: 15; 11 shimmers and 4 matte colors.
• Product Description: "100% brand new. It can fit your need to create beautiful facial looks. The color lasts all day without fading or creasing."
• Review: I was very surprised by the pigmentation of these shimmer shades, especially the blue ones! The matte brown shades you see below aren't that great, they're more or less my own skin color so there. Also, it doesn't reaaaaaally last all the day, they definitely fade throughout the day. They blend okay, like it didn't blow my mind or anything, but it wasn't bad. I usually take the metallic shades for the lid or the center of the lid with my finger and that's it. I have done looks with only this palette and, like I said, they fade. I like how many colors you get for the price though.

 Happy Spring, babes! I'm so excited for sun and relaxing! I finally got my 'spring break' of sorts this week and I cannot be more excited to do nothing at all and sleep for days. Anyways, today I'll be showing you guys my current everyday look! Every time I wear this I always feel like I'm having a really good makeup day so yay!

Like always, I start with skincare. I use the Garnier Clean+ Balacing Daily Exfoliator and afterwards, the Elf Daily Hydration Moisterizer. This is a really important part of the look because it creats a blank, clean canvas for you makeup to just glide on to. You don't just want a good makeup day, you also want a good skin day. Of course, it's up to you to choose what skincare products work best for you and your skin type.
 For the eyes, I was super excited to try out my very first colourpop purchase, this eyeshadow in the shade Central Perk. I popped some of this maroon color in the crease and the outer corner of the eye using the Elf Eyeshadow "C" Brush.

I love to use different colors from different palettes, so I picked up some of the color "Dreamer" from my Tartelette palette as a transition shade. Then, picked up my Naked3 palette and added some "Factory" for the lid and used my finger to pop some "Mugshot" right in the middle for some dimension. To add some light to my inner corners, I add the lightest shade from both palettes while also brushing some under my eyebrows to make them stand up. If you didn't understand any of that and you don't own any of these palettes I just mentioned, let me break it down for you: I added a brown shade in the inner edges of the colourpop shade, used a purple-y/brown shade for the lid and then added a glittery/metallic brown/green shade in the middle of the lid and then grabbed some of that excess from the brush to use as a lower liner. Got it? Good!

 And there's the complete look! I did this for school the first time and I was just so amazed by how bright my skin looked and how good of a makeup look I was having! What do you think? What's your go-to everyday look? Let's chat all about it in the comments below! See you soon, babes~

 Yes, I'm late for this! oops! But better late than never, right? As part of the #playbeautifully campaign elf cosmetics sent me some of their newest products from their february release. I'm now going to review it for you guys, after testing them out a couple of times, I'll tell you if they're worth buying or not. Let's get started then~

I was super excited to see that I got two items from their skincare line, the Daily Hydration Moisterizer & the Facial Massager. Like I said in my skincare routine post, this moisterizer is the best one I've tried so far. I'm super impressed with it and how flawless it makes my skin feel. I have dry skin and while some moisterizers fix that, nothing compares to how smooth soft this makes my skin feel. I've never had my skin feel so perfect and soft. This retails for $8 and yes, of course, it's worth buying. Go and do so right now! Now for the facial massager... I was suspicious. I was sure it wasn't going to work at all and thought it was going to be a waste of money. I'm glad I was proven wrong though! You use this after moisterizing as instructed and it helps your skin absorb the product faster and effortlessly. It's the perfect size for travelling and it only costs $4. If I wasn't given this I propbably wouldn't have tried it but now I'm glad I did and I recommend it to you guys too.
 Next up is the lips! I got the Satin Lipstick in Touch of Berry. The name of all the shades start with "Touch of..." and I feel like that describes this lipstick perfectly. It has more of a sheer pigmentation than anything else and even though it's buildable and moisterizing, I'm not entirely convinced on it. Plus, the fact that the packaging is bulky (although beautiful) is not exactly purse or travel friendly. This retails for $5 and I'm sure if you like a touch of lipstick, you'd love this.

 The palette that I got is not a elf studio palette so I didn't have very high hopes if I'm being honest. The Flawless Eyeshadow in Natural Matte is a very straightforward palette perfect for people who are new to makeup. Despite all of my doubts on the quality, I tried it out and gave it a fair shot. I was insanely surprised by the pigmentation of it, especially because of my skin color, most neutral matte shades don't even show up on it. I was really glad to be proven wrong! I was super impressed with the quality of these shades that I would recommend it to anyone who is new to makeup or needs some new shades (I really love how they're named by the purpose, it reminds me of the wet n' wild ones!). The only thing I didn't like was the packaging because the shadows are kind of deep and it's hard to get in there with your finger. But other than that it's great and the fact that they're only $2 just can't be beaten.
 Last but definitely not least is the Cream Blush Palette in Soft. I absolutely adore this item! From the packaging to the quality of the pigmentation and how there's a color for every skin tone, I find this product flawless. I was sort of nervous to get into it because they look a bit dark in the pan but once you put it on is great and most importantly, it's buildable and blendable without being tacky. It's perfect for every skintone I truly believe this which is something most blush palettes don't keep in mind. The one thing I don't like is that it's a bit hard to get the palette to open the first few times. I'm a bit better at it now but it takes a while to figure out a good technique so be warned for your nails. This retails for $6 and I definitely think it's worth it.
